Tell ya what though. I am always up to trying new drinks. How else will I know if I like it or not, so I will pickup some Cachaca and make it if you can tell me how much should go into it.
Per say... ounce of this, ounce of that. .... -----Original Message----- From: Adam Phillip Churvis [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2001 10:49 AM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Mixed Drinks WAS RE: Wahhhh Have any of you tried a Caipirinha? It's kind of a Brazilian Gimlet, and it's made with a segmented lime that's had its pulp lightly crushed with a tablespoon of sugar, then two ounces of Cachaca (the last "c" has a French "swa" on it), which is a Brazilian sugarcane liquor. The whole thing is served ice cold over crushed ice. They say this is a truly delicious drink, and until recently it's been a well-kept Brazilian secret. I haven't had time to go out and get some Cachaca just yet because my car got totalled a couple of weeks ago (*sniff!*), so I was wondering if any of you happy smiling people have ever tried one. A Caipirinha is about as close to Rio de Janiero as I'm going to get for a long, long time! :( Respectfully, Adam Phillip Churvis Certified Advanced ColdFusion 5 Developer Productivity Enhancement, Inc. http://www.ColdFusionTraining.com E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Phone: 770-446-8866 -----Original Message----- From: Adkins, Randy [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2001 9:39 AM To: CF-Community Subject: Mixed Drinks WAS RE: Wahhhh have you tried Tom Collins? It is a Gin drink. Uses 2 ounces of Gin with Club soda and Sweet & Sour Mix or you can get the Tom Collins mix which is better than mixing it yourself. -----Original Message----- From: Larry Lyons [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2001 9:29 AM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Wahhhh Martini's no thanks.
