I think the issues is newly born rather than dead. They are:

1.) Who the guardian of a incapacitated person and where do their
rights begin and end.

2.) What rights does marriage allocate?

3.) Do the courts mean anything anymore or have we become a country of sides?

While some might say they, "as long as it's not a court I can come to
any opinion I want", what they don't realize is that if they are using
that opinion to forward a policy, then they're irresponsible since
they're directly undermining the legal system as well as it's core
principles.

For example, The FL whatever-protective agency was asking for legal
action based on this hearsay that was many times shot down in a court.
Once shot-down the hearsay purveyors claimed the court was biased,
corrupt, etc. This is policy based on hearsay not on laws and courts.

Look at the MJ trial - he's found innocent of every charge yet the
anti-MJ still maintain his guilt and some have even called the trial
"a sham". That suggests they'd like to change the legal system and
based on what? Hearsay.
