You get a chance to educate people about email and you want to use it to tell 
them they shouldlearn English? What does that have to do with email? How about:
- Out of Office autoreplies to mailinglists or the From address (instead of the 
Return-Path address);
- unsolicited "look at the attached screenshot", where the attached screensot 
is a Word document with 6 1600 * 1200 pixel screenshots in BMP totalling 9 MB;
- unsollicited HTML email;
- disclaimers to mailinglists;
- propagating jokes / hoaxes;
- including everybody you know as To address instead of BCC address;
- wrapping lines;
- quoting the entire previous message when replying.

For the rest you might want to refer them to RFC 1855. Most ISPs require their 
subscribers to obey that RFC in their AUP anyway.
