I'd also say that you want your email (if it is a business one) to have a purpose and only one purpose with a clear subject line about what it is you want the receivers to do.
Also if you are sending to multiple people, make sure to name them in the email if they need to do something like get back to you on a decision , finish a task etc. I found that by limiting the "thanks" and polite hows the wife emails (at least to people I normally do business with, friends are different of course) I get a whole lot more done, More of a best practices I guess.... :) - oh and make sure that people know what a :) is, kind of hard to relate emotion over email. g On 6/22/05, Ray Champagne <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Jochem, read further into this thread.
