I'm so not litigious. I just would never think to sue over something
like this - I would think - ha ha - not very funny people. But, I
would never sue.

But, I'm also a pretty big cynic, and I'd be reading the fine print of
any contest I entered, too. I'm the person that never believes that
I'm gonna win anything worth while. I'd also be thinking - "Hm...never
heard of giving away that much money just for being x caller. It's
always that being x caller and knowing some key bit of info gets you a
spot in a random drawing for the big prize."

Now the waitress that won a beer promotion for a "toy-yoda" - that I
think makes more sense, because she probably actually worked her ass
off to sell more beer than anyone else - which I see as a lot
different than being the 10th caller.
