Oh, you don't - you just have to believe in the power of the federal gov't. Mr. Bush and his party are for: 1.) Federal rights vs. state's rights (Abortion, Gay Marriage, Schiavo, stem cells). 2.) Legislating morality (Abortion, Gay marriage, Schiavo, stem cells, etc). 3.) Legislating patriotism (flag desecration bill). 4.) Big spending, big pork. 5.) "kiss up, kick down" foreign policy.
