I've searched for a utility that would do this numerous times. No luck. It
certainly would be handy.
I've contemplated using multiple desktops or creating one shortcut that
opens my "default" programs in a specific order (outlook, homesite, firefox,
access {as a front end for sql server}). Of course, I would have to figure
out how to make this shortcut . . .
