So I am in the process of setting up a secure site using IIS 4.0 (i
know, i know)

and for company political reasons I have to use the same URL for the
https site as for the regular http.

Ideally I'd like to have the site respond to either URL with the same
data, but that doesn't seem to be working, eg, if I set "require
secure sockets to connect" the site comes up with a "Page not found"
M$ friendly error.

It's got me stumped, what am I missing?

http://www.users.areva-td.com works

but https://www.users.areva-td.com
does not

any thoughts?

TIA, etc :-)
