You bet.  Not only that, I'm going to be dehydrating and grinding some
vegetables for an instant soup mix I've invented (still perfecting it).  I'm
also going to be tackling an instant vegetarian stew mix.  So I could use
any dehydrating tips you can give me.

Speaking of dehydrated peppers, another thing I want to do is to smoke some
jalapenos, semi-dehydrate them, rehydrate them using cumin-laced tomato
sauce made using grilled tomatoes, then grind the whole mix coarsely as a
stewing additive to Mexican meat dishes.  It should add some real flavor and
a very nice color.  I'll smoke 'em if you dry 'em, and I'll share the
finished product with you.
