Not I - but my cable provider (Cox/Virginia Beach, VA) had this to say
(paraphrasing):

We will do our best to keep our lines open. However, if worse comes to
worse, we suggest NetZero, a free ISP.

Oh, by the way - don't bother with NetZero if you use Windows 2000,
Windows XP, or Macs.
