Your loosing sight of the fact that Al-Qaeda's beef isn't just with the US, 
it's with the whole of Western Civilization, the people in the London Tube had 
nothing to do with the US military, nor had anything to do with anything other 
than their own lives.

Al Qaeda isn't any organized army, representing a particular country or 
countries, they're a criminal enterprise, there's nothing legal or justified 
about what they do.

Nobody wants a shitstorm. But once you are past that initial gut-reaction, it 
is a good idea to take a step back and try to look at the subject objectively. 
If we want to convince them to use other tactics, we have to get the ROI of 
terrorism down.
