"Biological weapons" have been used since dawn of recorded history. Dead
bodies, excrement, dead rats, dogs, you name it have been dumped in wells,
flung over walls, etc. Nothing new with using disease to kill each other.

The history of man is full of conquest. It is the way it is. While I cherish
the ideals of the American Constitution (yes, I recognize there are other
constitutions out there), I temper that with the sad reality of the world we
live in.
