I'm not sure but the my point is, building oil refineries the shipping out or 
mis-handling the funds doesn't create good will, making that sure that an 
entire city has better than 40% reliable electricity does.

We wiped two Japanese cities off of the face of the earth, and out of all of 
that came one of our strongest allies in Asia.

We haven't done nearly that much damage (collaterally) in Iraq. The US 
government fucked this campaign up royally, now it's time to clean up our mess.
