Russell... I really do not like it. i think the colors are extremely horrid. i think the logo/graphic in the top left is jaggedy (probably a scan from some letter head that you had to work with, no doubt) i think that with those color restrictions you did the best you could do. i like the top center graphic, that works. the menu items on the left, are well, cramped if you ask me. not sure what you can do to make that work any better, but as they are, they look cramped to me. the main content area, needs a valign="top" somewhere, so that when there is no content in a section, the curvy corner is top justified. maybe give this one a second run, as im sure you can come up with another version that isnt sooo bloody looking.
