It will probably run you $100 bucks if you buy the breaker and get a good deal on an electrician. A new AC unit is probably $200. For the extra $100 it may not be worth all the effort, you might just want to go buy a new unit.

Even better is to get the landlord to fix the > electrical himself. He would if I asked (we live on the third floor, he lives on the second - so this is both his house and his home). But we're getting such a good deal on rent here (nearly half what other apartments in this area go for) that I'd rather not have him spend the money. He's a sweetheart of a guy, really. Doesn't speak English very well either tho' - so I'm also dreading asking persmission. ;^) Jim Davis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:165449 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
