The most important thing you should consider is what is your primary motivation for the site: A resource of information, or to generate revenue.
Techniques like you've done putting the ads in the way of the content definitely makes the ads more likely to be read. And from a business standpoint, that will hopefully generate your revenue. But it also, intentionally, interrupts the flow of information. It's not as disruptive as many sites these days though. Like Experts Exchange. Similarly, the "Ads by Google" link bar at the top is somewhat deceiving too. I know not to click on the "Ads by Google" text, but the other links appear as if they may be relevant content sections for your site and the link bar position is common for important site links. Great technique for tricking people into generating revenue for you. -Kevin On 7/20/05, Michael Dinowitz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > The good news is that I got the Adsense secrets book and have assigned it to > reviewers.
