Yup , thirty seconds then *bonk* and a foot to the side of the head
(MEDIC ring #1, MEDIC to ring #1) and then an hour of "I don't know what
happened..."

AAU Taekwondo weight limits end at 180 lbs, so heavyweight was 180 and Up. The
parent organization, the World Taekwondo Federation added a super heavyweight
division this year for fighters over 200lbs, and they've revamped all the
weight classes.

We almost got bumped out of the Olympics so the parent org is looking for ways
to make Olympic Taekwondo more appealing; stuff like a five second shot clock,
smaller ring areas, scoring multipliers based on the difficulty of the
technique IE: a round house to the head is 2 points, a 540 roundhouse or a jump
spinning hook kick would be 3 or maybe 4 points.

It's a interesting time for us...

Wow. Not eating does nothing but burn up muscle! That sucks!
I would love to go up against some dude that hasn't eaten in a week or
two... chances are they have about 30 seconds of burst energy before
they catch a couple to the side of the head. LOL

LOL. What is the weight range for heavyweight? I'd like to drop down to
about 10% body fat and still be 210 lbs. Someday... I give in to sweets
too much... grrr :-)
