It doesn't matter how many were killed by the US and how many killed by
fellow Iraqi's the final number will be combined and attributed to the
Americans for starting the war. Because in the end we will lose Iraq.
Even if it semi stable when we leave the odds of it staying that way are
slim. Therefore as the Anti-American contingent starts vying for power
they will provide numbers and attribute them all to the War, which was
started by the US. We can't win this one.

A study i saw yesterday on CNN.com said around 25,000 Iraqi civilians
have
died as a result of the war. I didn't read whether the study estimated
how
many had been killed by US fire, and how many had been killed as a
result of
Iraqi insurgent activity.
