Or "Elementary my dear Watson" which was never said in any of the Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes stories. Or the fact that in none of the Tarzan books or films did he ever say "Me Tarzan, you Jane". P.T. Barnum never said "There's a sucker born every minute". Joe Friday never admonished "Just the Facts, M'am." In no film did Cagney ever say "You dirty rat!"
