I don't know what it's like anywhere else, but here in Charlotte, if there's
a woman driving a minivan or SUV, there's a 95% chance she's talking on the
cell.  It's terrible here.

As an aside there's a study in the most recent Psychological Science
that suggests that any cell phone use while driving, including hands
free phoes, increases the risk of an accident about four times. I just
got the issue haven't read all the way through the article yet. when I
do I'll report on it more..
