I have no problem saying that KR's behavior was probably unethical (I'm not sure though) and if it was, or if it was illegal, IMO he should be fired for betraying the trust of the US. However, I feel that whatever punishment is actually meted out, and the degree of such punishment, is entirely up to the President, should no criminal punishment be included.

IMO, the law owes her no favors and so arrest is right. In the Rove case, what Mr. Rove did was wrong whatever his involvement.
