They're not on the buses, they're only jurisdiction is the subway stations, the 
bus stops fall under the jurisdiction of the DC Police who are woefully under 
funded and under staffed, not to metion that's there about eight different 
police forces with the boundaries of Washington DC and NONE of them share 
information...

The DC crime situation is a mess.
