As for books, I mentioned a few, Jeff Zeldman's Designing with Web
Standards, and the two Eric Meyer on CSS books (Eric Meyer on CSS and
More Eric Meyer on CSS) are excellent.

Also Sandy Clark's course is very good for learning CSS Its well worth
the price.
