Old and new. What's new is that Mr. Gonzales seems to have included Mr. Card in possible obstruction of justice. All they need to find is one shred of evidence that Mr. Card dumped files that they both might go down. Then there the excellent speculation about why Mr. Gonzales was not nominated to the Supreme Court. The nomination was meant to be a distraction, but Mr. Gonzales would be a focal point. It may be a long shot, but the whole Whitehouse including the President and VP could go down for this. Remember - Mr. Clinton was impeached for lying about something that WASN'T a crime.
