Oh, BTW, CAFTA is a success?  Let's take a look at it:

1.) Minor trade bill.
2.) Every modern president has passed a trade bill.
3.) Mr. Clinton's NAFTA passed by 100+ votes in the house.
4.) Mr. Bush's bill passed by 2 votes in the house.
5.) Mr. Bush worked his ass off to get it passed.

The unbiased summary seems to be that that President pulled out all
the stops to pass a minor trade bill and barely squeeked by.  That
doesn't bode well for the much bigger issues to come.

But, you're right in that technically it's a victory.  However I would
say it's like last year's superbowl winners barely beating the worst
team in the league in the second game of the season.  Victory?  Yes. 
Reassuring?  No.
