Read that first paragraph to see what 'rights' he has. Also, the fact is that 
the police are hunting for suicide bombers. In such a case, you have to make 
sure that the person your grabbing has no weapons OR explosives on him. 
Stripping down saves lives and in such a case should be expected. 
But we should care more for the rights of the >>>suspected<<< bombers and if 
the police capture one who has a bomb on him and kills them, well deaths are 
expected to safeguard rights. right?
