I understand and am always a proponent of liberty, but those right and
laws are made to protect society as a whole.  Something like a sucide
bombing may cause people and law enforcement officers to say that
those laws aren't strong enough since they aren't working.

The new law may very well be that if the police have a strong reason
to suspect you're a sucide bomber you're getting naked.

As long as it's not a blanket law, I don't see a problem with it.  I
also don't see a problem with racial profiling or any other type of
profiling.
