Don't know if I have mentioned the fact my wife and I have been looking for a house but, we have been for a omth or 2 now, and tonight we signed over our lives to a Builder!!!! We're very very exceited. Its in a new developement area (builders have been bulding there for about 3 years now) and the 3 year old houses have risen in value as much at 75%, I'm hoping we'll have atleat a little bit of a value increase too in a few years times. Of course there will be plenty of pictures as the house is built but I was just so exceited I had to tell everyone!
