Hm. The phrase "What Lies Beneath" with pictures of carnival girls. Instead of topless, these carnival girls are going to be bottomless! It's what lies beneath!
Either that, or they're going to be drowned. :-) Okay, seriously I'm kinda like Tony. Mesmerized by the water. It doesn't make me think of anything other than what's pictured. Carnival girls and clear ocean diving. Trying to rub a couple neurons together, my initial impression was that maybe it would be a show like the mermaids of Weeki Wachee. Rubbing those neurons a little harder I squeezed out the idea of Carnival floats. The entire Carnival is going to be held underwater out in the ocean! Giant aquarium floats with bits of coral, some fish and swimming girls inside? The design doesn't "say" that to me.
