You can't.
Ever since Outlook 2000 SP1, anything executable is blocked and that's
not changeable by the user.

Download Xteq's "Systems X-Setup" and there's a hack to allow you to
save the attachments....

Uhh..this may sound like a stupid question, but when Outlook XP says it
blocks an attachment..

How do you get to download that attachment if you want to?

Like..lets say a MS Access .mdb file ^_^
