Hey guys I been drawing this character since high school i have an idea for a plush doll that i think kids will really go for (my little sisters like it, their friends like it (i made my sisters shirts with a picture of the character on it), along with a kid's bok to go with the doll. But i dunno where to start. Researching plush toy manufacturing companies, and checking out the walmart vendor program is as far as I've gotten.
I dont even know how much money i'll need to get the book published, or if i should do the bok first then the doll, or vice versa!
