That's a good clarification, but the point is, it wouldn't be so easy the second time especially since we've needlessly revealed our weaknesses. Here's an example: If I was Iran and thought America was about to invade I'd put up all kinds of defenses like trenches, etc. and then leave them empty. I'd give out bombs and guns to every citizen and put my troops underground. Then, as needed, I'd begin a blistering hit-n-run. Death by 1000 cuts. As leader I'd never be captured and more than likely I'd have my country back in a month. There's no way America can sustain a 3 country insurgency without killing a LOT of civilians.
