I *choose* to compare it to decolonization. Just like the Dutch were kicked out 
of Indonesia, France / England out Africa etc.


I choose to see it that way because I choose to reject whatever claims people 
have laid based on what I consider to be just old books. And if you choose to 
reject those claims, the Gaza strip is an occupied territory that has to be 
vacated at some point in time. And even if you consider the occupation 
justified based on the legitimate interest of Israel to protect itself, that is 
a *military* interest and settlements of *civilians* should never have been 
allowed.
