And you're inferring that the Jews are not native inhabitants of the area?
Your saying that there were no Jews in Gaza?

But lets stick to your idea that the only native inhabitants are Arabs (a
false idea, but....) The Arabs who are Israeli citizens and have accepted
the fact that Israel exists have full rights, including their own political
parties. The Arabs who reject Israel's existence are not given the right to
control the disputed border as they have shown time and again that such
control results in attacks. Again, this is DISPUTED territory that was NEVER
part of Israel, Egypt or an Arab Palestine. Who controls the borders may be
up to debate, but I err on the side that is NOT trying to blow people up at
weddings.
See, this is where we have a distinct difference of language. To be
occupied, the territory has to be owned by someone other than the occupier.
As there is no clear cut owner of the land (country wise), there can be no
occupation until the dispute is settled and the land is part of a country.
Are you saying that Gaza should be its own country? Ok, lets make it Arab
Palestine. Now when a terrorist attacks Israel from Arab Palestine, Israel
can declare war on a sovereign country and invade it. Then we'll have a true
occupation rather than the current dispute.
