In Virginia, which has some of the most minimal restrictions on firearms
ownership, the pro-gun lobby almost went nuclear when legislation was
introducted to limit gun purchases to one a month. The ranting against the
law was really frightening. Some of these people came off sounding
clinically paranoid. Not the sort of person one would wish to see buying 25
assault rifles each month.
