will, I wasn't replying to you. so i wasn't discussing your point. I was responding to benjamin who first said that stories of women being oppressed in afghanistan were manufactured and then said that wasn't what he meant- he meant that the media only showed certain things. I said no shit, but that my knowledge of the afghanistan women's plight is alot older than just since 9/11 and I didn't get it from tv.
