My point is, those 2 statements side by side don't make sense: you're
saying that when a civilian Israeli murders innocents it's the action
of an individual, but when a Palestinian does it, it's indicitive of
the population as a whole.

I don't believe that the majority of either side would not be
agreeable to a 2 state solution.  That doesn't mean that they won't
talk tough, and both sides would be happy to see the other disappear,
but 90% of both sides are willing to compromise.

Throughout the 90s Palestinians and Jews lived together, worked
together, and married one another with few problems.  It seems the
first step to peace is understanding that the "other side" are people
too and want no more or less than you.
