No, through the 90's they lived in peace due to security patrols. It wasn't 
a desire for peace but the threat if there was not any. Again, look at the 
Palestinians own polls and you'll see that there are not 2 equal sides 
looking for peace. Look at the schoolbooks where they are teaching their 
children the death of Jews and that there is no Israel. The Palestinian 
government is not teaching their people acceptance. They are not stopping 
the terrorists and they are not stopping the incitement. To this day a 
suicide bombing is lauded on official Palestinian media as a noble act. Tell 
me how this is equal?
