Forgetting what you might think about the author, or the site.How about dealing with what was said in the article?
Have you heard of Clear Channel? We can all find a variety of news sources if we look hard enough.We're talking about looking at the majority of the news sources, and the owners of that majority. Again I point to Clear Channel as an example. But taking things at a local level in my community, if two of the major daily newspapers suddenly became owned by the same Corporation and started picking and choosing what they wanted to publish with no real fear of competition then I can easily see that the news we obtain locally will become skewed. And it's common sense. And it doesn't affect the upper percentiles of the population who are the ones that will go and find alternate news sources, it affects the majority. It's why there are laws against excessive consolidation and monopolies.
