I've been doing support and system administration for the last 5 - 6 years all ranging from dial up, broadband, custom apps, you name it. I've pretty much heard it all, the cup holder, CD in shiny side up, people wondering why they can't connect to the net and they are calling me on a cell or pay phone becuase their power/phone service is out, etc. My soul dies a little each time I get one of those calls. lol
