Actually... that depends on how you look at it.  There have been at least a
few collateral deaths.  And many of the more dramatic actions have only been
fatality-free through freak luck (blowing up a laboratory next to a
populated apartment building for example).

I still say that at this moment in time the left-wing extremists are just
plain more active that the right-wing extremists.  I'm sure this will slide
back the other way eventually.

But for right now they do seem to be at least slightly more of a domestic
threat than any other generalized group.
