I don't see this at all - ELF and EarthFirst! people definitely do not "hate us all" any more that the radical right. If anything there opinions toward the general public tend towards pity: poor, simple us who can't see how we're being duped by the corporate machine. They KNOW that we'd be much happier living like they do. They don't want to KILL us - they want to CONVERT us. The anti-abortionists want to dictate our rights based on theology: that's as fundamental a change to American culture as I can think of. Murdering doctors and threatening their families is very clearly an anti-American activity to me. Also, to make any sense of the segments, you must throw the ultra-conservatives in with the "extreme right wing": this includes racial supremacists and radical isolationists. This, again, is a fundamental attack on real American values.
