Sure..but what about OTHEr States!? It's the United States of America...no State stands alone in a crisis. SO unless htis is true in ALL States, they should be able to drop 50,000...60,000 troops..whatever is needed.
It's not as though they are busy holding the borders against a hostile force...Canada and Mexico aren't attacking anytime soon..that's what I don't understand, since to me the situation clearly needs a top military response to bring relief.
