actually, that's true. New Mexico recently passed a concealed weapons
law. We just had our first homicide by a permit holder and it was
found to be justified. A deranged ex was stabbing his wife in a
WalMart and another customer shot him to protect her. She lived, the
ex didn't, and the shooter was detained, questioned and released.
