BTW I know I am a major culprit when it comes to both of these behaviors.

Many people want to comment on the language some of use on these mailing
lists. I just want to take a minute to let everyone know that using the
4 letter cuss words is far less offensive than seeing someone use
"you're" and "your" incorrectly.

So, take some notes!

"Your" is a pronoun, or sometimes a possesive adjective.
"You're" is a contraction of "you are".

Example:

Your mom is ugly.
You're an idiot.

I can't believe you're going to do that to your mom.
Sometimes I think you're smarter than your coding indicates, but then I
realize you're not.

The easiest way to tell which to use is try to replace it with you are
and see if it works.
