But in this case, either high or low blood sugar, no solution is as
bad as the wrong solution. I'd rather spend a day or two training the
people who are going into the area than just sending them in blindly.
Most of this stuff should have been in place before Katrina hit. It
was well know the intensity of the hurricane. There should have been
the personnel and equipment mobilized for this.
