Whatever. Your own president agrees that there was a f*** up. I don't know what makes you think your information is any different to what he sees, and what the rest of America sees.
The majority of Americans think this was a collossal f*** up and that the government has to shoulder a healthy portion of the blame, President included. When a Federal emergency is declared, and martial law is ordered, then the US Army IS empowered to enforce the law and take control of the situation. It's just silly to try to claim the Military's hands are tied when Martial law is called for in a national disaster. Really silly. Not even the Republican spinmeisters are trying to say that. It's just ridiculous.
