Does the UN count as a charity?  Or the other many many countries the
US govt sends money to?  Alot of that is in the US's self interest,
and some isn't, but I wonder what the numbers would be if those were
included?  "Giving to the needy" is not always the same as "giving to
charity".

I'm not defending a point here, genuinely curious.
