the pocket pc vs the palm OS is a no-brainer for me. having a windows
platform at home, i feel like my ppc is a mini-version of my home pc
when i'm not home.

i've had palm OS's and while I have nothing against that OS per
se...it just felt like a seperate device...whereas my ppc feels like
an extension of my desktop machine.

just my own preference. i've known people who use windows at home who
still prefer the palm OS. to each their own and all that.
