As for the Mexican illegal that is my neighbor's gardener... If he were forced to pay a "Living Wage" to him and only pay legal residents to do the job, I am pretty sure my neighbor would just do the yard himself. I'm not sure wins there because someone's out of a job. Zero gain in American jobs, and -1 for illegals.
